Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because Couture Decor items are handmade, one-of-a-kind, and/or custom-created, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Couture Decor within 7 days of delivery. Please provide a photograph showing the damage or defect along with a copy of your receipt or order information. Once we verify the issue, Couture Decor will provide a replacement when possible or issue a refund when a replacement is not available.
We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us so that we can work with you to resolve it.
